I regularly make protein-packed overnight oats with a blend of healthy, nourishing ingredients, but I never knew how amazingly fulfilling adding pumpkin would be! It's the perfect flavor of Fall, and you must try it. Below is my no-fuss, quick, easy, and healthy recipe, created in a blender.
