Are you looking for easy protein packed breakfasts? This make-ahead baked egg recipe is perfect not just for breakfast but also for a great lunch or snack that can be eaten on the go, hot or cold, and it's gluten free!


It's a souffle variation without the added fuss of separating the egg yolks and folding in the whipped egg whites. Yet it's not quite like a quiche either because it doesn't have a carb-loaded base of dough, but it's every bit satisfying!
