Chicken Kofta Curry

Kofta (meatball) curries are a flavorful and aromatic South Asian cuisine. They're versatile and can be made with ground beef, turkey, or chicken. Typically, koftas are fried, but my healthy version of ground chicken koftas is seasoned with various spices and simmered directly in a rich tomato-based curry sauce. This is a satisfying dish seasoned with a medley of warm spices.


Serve over white rice and with Indian roti or naan and a side of sliced onions.
